ANNOUNCEMENT
According to the newly published notice from Zhe Jiang Sports Competition Management Center, All runners for Full and Half marathon must hand their health certificate (including Blood Pressure, Cardiac Rate and Pulse etc.), or their marathon result certificates of other international marathons in the past 3 three years to Sports Competition Management Center, when runners go to pick up their Package from Nov. 4th to 8th, 2008, in Huang long Sports Center. 5. Participants Requirements
Age Limitations
1 Only Runners above 18yrs are eligible for Full Marathon;
2 Only Runners above 18yrs are eligible for Half Marathon;
3 Only Runners above 16yrs are eligible for Short Marathon and Mini Marathon;
4 Only Runners above 7yrs are eligible for Family & Kids Run.
Physical Condition Requirements
Runners suffering from the following conditions should not participate in any of the marathon disciplines:
1. Congenital or rheumatic heart disease;
2. Hypertension or cerebrovascular disease;
3. Myocarditis and other heart disease;
4. Coronary artery disease and serious arrhythmia;
5. Diabetes;
6. Any other diseases which can be aggravated by running.
